That is a joke! The weather here lately has been pretty crummy for riding. I have managed a few very short rides lately (to the coffee shop) in spite of the rain (sometimes you gotta have coffee and are willing to get wet).

Today looks a little more promising. We are slated to have another CX practice race tonight. I hope my new tire, and red-neck bling arrive before the ride. I need the tire (this Mutano just won't seal up tubeless). It really looks more like a CX tire though....may be I need a second set of wheels (one for tubed CX and one for MTB raging)?

Oh well, the trees are positively awesome to look at, and the air is nice and crisp. Even if it rains a bit, it is a blast to ride during this time or year. I just have to either find trails that won't be harmed, or stay urban.

Tomorrow I head to the big city for the night ride at Castlewood. I really hope the trails are open for the ride. I suppose that we could always ride Chubb if CW is too wet (surely Chubb is rocky enough to ride without damaging it).
