You can use this TSB Planner to get a rough idea of what your TSB result will look like after your workout plans for the next 10 days. Just input your current ATL and CTL values and time constants. Then plan out your TSS for up to the next 10 days' worth of workouts by inputting your expected or planned TSS in the boxes on the right.
The planner is based on the Training Manager TSB spreadsheet we all used to beta test the Performance Manager.
