No need for me to say much here. I stumbled onto this video today, and I was impressed.
These guys are fast, and they have skills needed for passing people at break-neck speed on downhill single track.
Personally, the only way I could be more impressed is to see someone ride back up!

Not singlespeed friendly
I'd like to see some stats on that ride: Vertical feet descended, average and maximum speed. I lost count of how many people they passed.
I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think that particular trail is exactly what you'd call singlespeed friendly.

I think I would really like to take my single speed down it!
You might say it is friendly in one direction only.

I watched this video on MTBR last week sometime... These dudes haul, I'd love to have a go at this trail. Of course I'd ride it fully ridgid on a SS, and probably beat these dudes... Well everyone can dream at least.

I would be riding rigid and single for sure, but there is no way I would be faster than those freaks.
