Sunday Morning Ride
Well, it rained almost all day yesterday and all night last night here in Jefferson City, so you know what that means...Coffee shop cruise followed by a couple laps at Edgewood.
That trail is sweet, and today was no exception.
I just had to ride some of the funk out of my legs from the riding we did in St. Louis over the past 2 days. Those rides took their toll on my legs for sure.
The coffee was really great, and the riding was nice too. I am not sure what it is...the cooler weather, the fall colors, or just riding a fabulous bike...whatever it is, I love it!

Thanks...I guess those words are statement of approval. I must say, they really are noticable when riding...visually, and physically. They are super stiff, and ultra narrow Q-factor. I can not say enough about the Phil bottom bracket either (like butter).
