Snow - Time to Pull out the Mountain Bike
As of this morning, the mountains around Geneva are covered in snow.
So I have put the Road Bike away and started trail riding. It takes courage to get out the door and on the bike but after a few minutes I'm always glad I did. Luckily there are lots of great routes around here.

I know what you mean...
Some of the most memorable rides I have done around here are when the weather is such that few others would consider venturing out of doors.
Snow season is great for observing wildlife. You see more tracks, and witness different behavior of animals. Rain can be fun too...it seems like I have been able to get closer to the action under the cover of rain (before the animals sense me).

YEs but no wind!
Yes, I can do snow, below freezing, and even rain can be fantastic. But really high winds .... yech.
