Riding a stationary trainer in July pretty well sucks, but somehow I am managing to enjoy it. My schedule is crazy with kid activities, relatives visiting, and trying to plan for the TT on Saturday.
Riding that thing is quick and friendly to the efforts I need to control coming into an important (to me) race. Plus I can multitask while I ride. Keeping up on all the drama surrounding Contador and Armstrong post Tour is sort of fun.
On another topic, I was recently alerted to a smoking deal on some tires. I was promised three Vittoria Evo CX open tubulars 320 TPI for a hundred bucks. I knew it was too good to be true. I suppose the truth (what actually showed up) is still pretty good though!
