Boy oh boy is it ever good to be back on my own bike again. This place, the hotel I stayed in this trip, had the poorest excuse for a fitness center I've seen in a long time. Their bike... I wish I'd brought my camera.

So TSB's up. I don't know how to estimate the TSS value of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. Let's just call it low. That meas TSB is well into positive territory. It means today should have been a really sweet wattage experience. And you know it was.

I might even show you the chart if it's still in my SRM. My PowerControl worked just fine right until the end of my session. I went to download the data and the screen went blank. Dead. No juice. Flat out of air.

One good thing about the SRM though. I've never lost data. I'll recharge it overnight. When I connect it to my computer tomorrow morning the SRM software will pull the data off the PCIV just like it always does.
