Quick Update

Been hitting the nutrition hard, probably harder than the on-the-bike efforts. As a result, I've dropped another 20 pounds and stand (and even sit) at 195#. Before any of you think I may have lost some muscle weight as a result let me stop you. I've been working with my good buddy, Tim Adele, who's an expert in the nutrition and training field to drop body fat and increase lean muscle.

Tim has me eating anywhere from 5-7 meals a day which include lots of lean proteins, unprocessed carbs, and veggies with some fruits. I also consume a lot of water (anywhere from 5-7 liters per day.) I'm extremely pleased with the results and Tim's guidance. Mentally, I have a target weight of 180#, but am going to rely more on the BMI figures. If my body is the strongest at 190# or 170# is to be determined.

That's it for now, time for another meal.
