Here it is Wednesday morning, the day I thought the weather man said we'd start drying out. Not happening. Outside it's steady rain, and I hear thunder in the distance.
I suppose if there is a good side to all this wetness it might be that the trails are once again too wet to ride. Not that wet trails are a good thing. No, it's that wet trails mean I can't ride my new SS 28er (Doh! 29er). And If I'm not riding it I might as well take a few more photos of it while it's still nice and clean.
If this photo-taking weather keeps it up much longer, this might end up being the most photographed bike ever.
Sweet 28r
Must be the new "hot" size... Ha ha, thought I'd call you out on your typo. Your bike is ridiculously clean, enjoy it while it last, it'll never be that clean again once you hit the trails with it. Hopefully in a week or two you'll be able to go out and pop it's cherry. Let's hope...
One short
Doh! I came up one short. OK corrected, sort of. Good catch.
Note to self: Never post before my 2nd cup of coffee.
wow newer than new
I have never seen such a new looking bike - even the ones I have bought new. Such love!
Get brave and go outside! :)
Once bitten, twice shy
It seems like every time I get out in the elements lately I get sick or injured or both. I'm feeling a little gun shy.
Today was a noteworthy change in direction for all this, however. Spring is here. It may not stay for long, but at least for today we had it. I took full advantage.
Here's to no more snow!
