Oh man oh man oh man we got us some fall weather to die for today. When we rolled out of bed the thermometer showed upper thirties. Here at shortly after 9am we're looking at 45° and bright blue skies. High should be somewhere in the low 60's.

Tomorrow is supposed to be even better with highs in the low 70's.

Y'all can have the trails, and please, tell me all about the fun you're going to have slipping and sliding through the mud at the cyclocross races. I'll take the sunshine and dry pavement thankyouverymuch.

See you out on the road.

You sure about that?

I am heading out to the trails now. I plan to give a full report. I am figuring based on similar terrain I have been on today, that Lakeside at Binder is gonna be prime....might then do some urban SSing over to Edgewood where the wetter the better.

yup, that was Garrett on the phone just now, he is in route to join in the epic! Its on!

Lakeside

I had given Lakeside a thought. If any of them, besides Edgewood of course, are going to be OK that one will be it. As little traveled as it seemed to be last time and with some of the leaves down finding the trail might be a challenge in some places.

Watch out the wet leaves on roots and rocks don't send you into the lake. We'll be looking for a full report.

And you will get it!!!

today was eventful to say the least. I have some stories to tell. I need a camera to photograph the carnage, and some time to type up the report. It ought to be a good one though.
