What a day! I had a morning packed with family/church/back-to-school activities, and by the time I finished those the weather turned to rain storms. I managed to accomplish just enough this morning to feel a little tired then the rainy weather joined in to sap my motivation to do anything that can be construed as "training" today.
I did have some good family time and finally pulled out the video camera we bought a few weeks back. We have had it for two weeks but never took the time to learn how to use it. After charging the battery for a few hours, it was pretty much ready to go and idiot (or "unit") proof.
I guess it is fitting that the first video ever shot on this camera is of me riding my rollers (the kids were playing Wii most of the day). I have to figure out how to make a mount for this thing now so I can share (hopefully) cool video of riding outside...but I am too dang lazy to get it done today.
Regarding the video...sorry for the Moose Knuckle at the end!
know what you mean
I bought a GoVideo cameras that mounts to your bicycle helmet over a year ago. I've never used it. I need to dig all of that stuff out, mount it, and shoot some footage. Perhaps a cx race???
