Experimentally speaking, Andy had a much more interesting day in the wind tunnel than I did today.
Rather than outright steal his thunder I'm just going to offer up a taste. Have a look at the photo below and see if you can figure out what kind of experiment is going on here.

Understandably the front end is WAY low also. It would appear that there is no rear brake. There does appear to be a front brake caliper, but I see no brake lever. I assume that the brakes are not part of the experiment.
The whole thing looks like an idea I had once, but convinced myself that it was fools gold prior to getting out the wrenches. An attempt to cut time through the reduction of frontal area (by compressing the body between the controls and the pedals). I never tried it because I feared repercussions from training a position that seems a bit less than ideal.
Do you suppose that if it works UCI will step in and set legal ratios of saddle height to reach?
