Wow it is cold out there!
I have moved most of my training inside lately. I try to make a point of riding outside once a week to keep my edge and hopefully stay "able" to ride in the cold. It is my belief that if you do not ride into the cold you will not be able to ride in the cold at all (you have to acclimate your body somewhat). Anyway, I am *trying* to do that...

Read more...Been hitting the nutrition hard, probably harder than the on-the-bike efforts. As a result, I've dropped another 20 pounds and stand (and even sit) at 195#. Before any of you think I may have lost some muscle weight as a result let me stop you. I've been working with my good buddy, Tim Adele, who's an expert in the nutrition and training field to drop body fat and increase lean muscle.
