So who's planning on going on next weekends epic? Pete's decided to get a group of riders together to ride 50 miles or so of some Ozark trails. I know I'm downs. Unit, I heard your not going? That sucks. Should be a great time and good training for you Ouachita guys. On another note we had a trainer ride last night at the lbs. I rode a different trainer that nick had and omg it was hard. In the second chain ring and smallest cog I could barely pedal. And of course we did a spinergy video in which we were in the smallest quit a bit. Needless to say it kicked my ass but it was a great workout. I plan on doing a recovery ride tonight, outside. Don't know how it will go but when I get home its strap on the lights and grab the hardrock. Of course I'm still rolling on a couple of bent and cracked rims but I don't imagine I'll be taking any drops tonight. Hell, I might not even get to ride much, that ice is thhhicckkk.....
