Piece of cake. Just a quick update on my previous post here on the last day of the month and the year. I'm definitely going to make it to forty hours this month.

In a few hours I plan to hop on my bike for at least an hour. I only need about 45 minutes to make it over the forty hour mark for December. Not bad for an old fart.

No doubt about it, not having a job to prevent you from training has it's benefits. I guess there's a silver lining to this cloud too.
