The break is over

It is not like I am going to start training with some great purpose at this point in the season, but I think my rest period is over (I hope anyway).

It was not quite an injury, but I was showing the symptoms of over reaching pretty plainly and had the associated muscle soreness and even a little joint pain. Last nights training session showed me that the past week or so of light duty/time off/cross training has done me some good.

Now it is time to get back to enjoying the ride...assuming that the weather allows for enjoyment!
