The Heat is on

I did the Tuesday Night Worlds last night. The heat was a factor for me. Staying in the pack just seemed to make it hotter. Here's my numbers:

Duration: 35:31.92
Work: 433 kJ
TSS: 62(1.023)
Norm Power: 256
Distance: 15.214 mi

Min Max Avg
Power: 0 796 203 watts
Heart Rate: 114 187 168bpm
Cadence: 40 135 91rpm
Speed: 2.4 35.4 25.7mph
Torque: 0 366 57lb-in

When you compare this to two weeks ago when I finished
14th, they look very similar but I felt very fatigued by
the end of the race last night:

Power-Tap #1:
Duration: 35:22
Work: 443 kJ
TSS: 66.4 (intensity factor 1.062)
Norm Power: 260
Distance: 15.298 mi

Min Max Avg
Power: 0 795 209 watts
Heart Rate: 142 236 163 bpm
Cadence: 40 128 88 rpm
Speed: 17.9 36.4 25.9 mph
Torque: 0 193 57 lb-in

Thanks

Excellent, thanks very much. I also think it would be useful to allow comments to be viewed by anonymous users, maybe even allow them to make comments. But I leave it to you on this decision.

Excellent suggestion about comments

Thanks for the excellent suggestion about comments handling, Bobber.

We have now implemented a comments policy. We'll try this out and see how it works.

Impressive

Bobber those are pretty impressive numbers. The high NP number versus the AP really illustrates the bursty nature of criterium racing.
