Last week was a real wash for me. I managed to ride about 45 minutes Saturday and that was it. My leg was in bad shape from pulling a muscle and I felt a lot of fatigue all week. No motivation to ride and general business kept me occupied.
Today I finally managed to get a good nights sleep without a headach and my cross bike was ready and waiting for the commute. My legs feel really good right now. A nice moderate cool morning and the easy flat route to work was just what I needed. Tonight I will try the first cross workout at the Park. I hope I am not too pooped to get a good workout in!
I have given up trying to put the power tap on the cross bike. For some reason I can't get it to work and the PT wheel got some gunk from the little bit of off road riding I did do with it. I am also having trouble inputing TSS scores manually into WKO+. It takes average HR but when I put in a TSS estimate and check, it is not showing up. And there does not appear to be a way to edit the workout once you have created it. This seems kind of strange.
