I have been in the market for a new multi-tool for a while now. Mine works great, but it is getting old and rusty. I could replace it with an identical model. The Crank Bros tool is truly better than sliced bread, but we cyclists are always looking for more performance.

What an utterly fantastic sport. Few sports allow mortal hacks that dream of performing like pros to get so close to their idols as they perform the way cycling does. We here in Jefferson City were recently honored as the Tour of Missouri blasted into town.

I have been considering building up a TT bike for next year. I have considered a few options and thought I knew what I was going to build up, then I saw this bike posted up somewhere on the web. It looks pretty nice, but I can not figure out who makes it!?!

Last night I decided to attend the club ride for some fun. Several people had contacted me earlier in the day and informed me that some old friends would be there, so I had to show up.

An old friend stopped by the other day. Upon hearing of my late decision to start doing TTs this year he brought me some toys to consider for use.

Some may know that I am rather passionate about bikes and tires. It probably comes as little surprise that it is a major ordeal when it comes time to buy more tires for my bike.

Last night I finished my ride and noticed after close inspection, that my rear tire has exposed fabric. I really enjoyed the ride qualities of the Michelin Pro Race 3 tires. Just recently I was bragging to someone how well these tires performed (traction, ride quality, and durability). I am still quite happy with how well they performed, but I can not tell you how many miles I used them. I can report that I got about 3 months of riding from them which is pretty good for a true race tire.
