Thank you for your email message. I am currently away from my office on business travel...

No riding yesterday. None today. I have my fingers crossed the airlines don't delay my flight home like they did the flight out yesterday because I'm planning to get out for a "getting to know you again" spin tomorrow.

A week of recovery and rest... good. Too many days with no riding at all... not so good.
