Sometimes procrastination pays off. I've been meaning to order up a couple of things for my Karate Monkey lately - tires, some tools, maybe a chain tug.

Yeah, I don't think I mentioned one of my recent trail rides was interrupted about 3 times with chain mechanicals. My rear wheel kept slipping in the dropout and loosening the chain, which would then hop off at the next most inopportune moment. I finally got it torqued it down well enough to stop the slippage. I have a huge fear of over tightening. It comes from ruining brand new and expensive lightweight bicycle components. Yeah, chain tug, OK.

Anyway, I fooled around and waited long enough that here comes a Nashbar email with promos. Procrastination nothing, now it's good timing.

So just passing along a bit of usefulness in case anyone is looking for chains.
