Looking ahead

I'm feeling like a kid on Christmas eve. The skies are clear. The weather chilly. No rain in the forecast. Tomorrow night is shaping up to be one excellent night out on the trails.

Friday night, 3-November, from 7-10pm the good people out at Castlewood State Park will open the gates for three hours of single track served up dark and sweet. Delicious!

My single speed Karate Monkey 29er is in fine form - tuned, amp'd and ready to rock. My lights are in charge-up mode. My legs, fresh and full of left-over Halloween nitro/fuel. My back, well let's not go there for now. Let's focus on the positive.

Temps are slated to be in the mid 40's under mostly starry skies. The trails will be in primo condition. I predict a 100% chance of fun, with countless smiles and beer to follow.
