Hey it didn't rain today. I could have taken yesterday off as originally planned and gotten my rest according to my original schedule. Of course had I taken yesterday off the bike the skies would have poured buckets today, right?

You know they would.

Either way it isn't a big deal. You only get faster and stronger when you rest. That's the way it works.

Tomorrow being Daddy's Day and all, I might just use the opportunity to get even faster and stronger.
