Blue collar epic

I guess you can call it a workout. What kind of TSS do you assign to a little over 2 hours of hard landscaping work? I'll chalk it up to core strength. Just not the kind you do indoors with iron bars and plates of steel. This core strength session called for an odd shaped apparatus called a shovel, and another one known as a wheelbarrow.

I'll be sore for a week.

Add whatever TSS from that to the 93 I did on my road bike after work and it adds up to what you might call a blue collar epic day.

Me too!

I did some cross training of my own yesterday (and Sunday). The kind where you do your rest intervals laying in the bed, punctuated by numerous work sets of jumping to your feet, clenching up your lower abdomen with all you got and sprinting to the toilet!

The intensity (though involuntary for the most part) is through the roof. If I could have supplemented this workout with some dry heaves, I could have really racked up some TSS.

Today I have a little soreness to prove that I had a good workout...I also lost some weight!
